The Paleo Approach really digs into the science and has great nutritional tables. both books have a meal plan and recipes. The Paleo Approach Cookbook also has recipes which can be modified for FODMAP. Angie Alt: celiac disease, endometriosis and lichen sclerosis, Mickey Trescott: Celiac and Hashimoto’s.
